ข้อมูลจากกรุงเทพธุรกิจ และกรรมาธิการงบประมาณ ได้เปิดเผยสถิติการยื่นภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา ประจำปีภาษี 2567 (ภ.ง.ด. 90 และ ภ.ง.ด. 91) พบว่า มีจำนวนผู้ยื่นแบบภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาทั้งหมด 12.57 ล้านคน และมีผู้ที่ต้องชำระภาษีจริงเพียง 5.14 ล้านคน ผู้ยื่นแบบส่วนใหญ่จำนวน 7.43 ล้านคน (59.1%) ไม่ต้องเสียภาษี เนื่องจากมีรายได้สุทธิอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ได้รับการยกเว้น (น้อยกว่า 150,000 บาท) โดยภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาที่จัดเก็บได้รวมทั้งสิ้น 278,177 ล้านบาท ส่วนใหญ่กระจุกตัวอยู่ในกลุ่มผู้มีรายได้สูงเพียง 1% เป็นผู้รับภาระภาษีถึง 50.1% ของภาษีที่จัดเก็บได้ทั้งหมด ... ที่มา: https://www.bangkokbiznews.com/economics/1245611
